Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange a product, please read our policy below:

  1. Eligibility
    • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags intact.
  2. Process
    • Customers must email us at manageleatherbags@gmail.com with order details and reason for exchange.
    • Once approved, customers must ship the product to our address.
    • Customers must record a video while unsealing the package to serve as proof of the product’s condition upon arrival.
  3. Exchange Terms
    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
  4. Non-Exchangeable Items
    • Customized products and items on sale are non-exchangeable.
